Civil Site Supervisor

About the role
Convil Group is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across multiple work fronts. The role involves managing Site Supervisors, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on program and to specification.

This position requires strong leadership, practical civil construction knowledge and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors and site operations across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall site operations across civil construction projects

• Coordinate Site Supervisors, crews, subcontractors and plant operations

• Plan and sequence construction activities to meet project programs and milestones

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and contract requirements

• Maintain strong coordination with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders

• Oversee site safety, environmental controls and quality compliance

• Monitor productivity, program progress and resource allocation

• Maintain accurate reporting including site records, progress updates and issue management

• Liaise with council inspectors, TfNSW representatives and other authorities when required

• Maintain a professional and well organised site culture across all crews

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Civil Foreman

• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure construction methodology

• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on active civil sites

• Ability to interpret civil drawings, specifications and construction programs

• Strong leadership and team management capability

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Experience delivering council or TfNSW civil infrastructure projects highly regarded

• Strong understanding of WHS requirements in civil construction.

• Current Australian driver licence

• White Card

• Relevant civil construction qualifications highly regarded
