Senior Manager – Data & Analytics

This is the opportunity to step up and lead a team of experienced analysts, who pride themselves in being able to provide cutting edge MIS and analytical insights to the business.

You will lead a high-performing Data & Analytics function within a leading financial services business, using data, BI and commercial insight to drive performance across a mortgage and lending environment.

The role

• Lead and develop an experienced Data & Analytics team.

• Own reporting, dashboards, datasets and BI capabilities, including self-service analytics.

• Deliver executive insights across sales, products, brokers, distribution, credit and profitability

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.

• Lead analytics initiatives and act as the Data & Analytics SME across key projects and change.

About you

• Proven leadership experience across Data & Analytics, BI, MIS or commercial analytics.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with large datasets, BI tools and data visualisation

• Financial services or lending experience, with home loans and mortgages being very important

• Able to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
