The Opportunity A busy Sydney residential builder is looking for a
Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join the team on a major Class 2 development currently in structure.
You’ll join an experienced project team at a key stage of the build, taking ownership of structural packages before progressing through the wider delivery of the project.
With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential work ahead, this is a
long-term opportunity rather than just one project.
The Role - Manage and coordinate structural packages
- RFIs, shop drawings and design coordination
- Subcontractor and consultant coordination
- Programming and procurement
- QA, ITPs and inspections
- Resolve design and buildability issues
- Monitor programme, progress and quality
About You - Site Engineer ready to step up or an experienced Project Engineer
- Experience working on $50M+ projects
- Head contractor / residential builder background

Class 2 experience highly regarded
- Strong structures / concrete / FRP exposure
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related qualification
