PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Contributes as a member of the reticulation team performing routine operation, maintenance and servicing of water, wastewater and recycled water
reticulation systems across major and minor centres and remote communities in the Northern region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

Functional
• Safely execute all works associated with the operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of water and wastewater reticulation assets

and Water policy and procedures including the requirement to enter Confined Spaces and compliance to the Power and Water Self Contained
Breathing Apparatus and associated Facial Hair obligations.

• Provide a high level of customer service through direct interaction, fostering positive relationships to represent the obligations of Power and

• Participate as a proactive and valued member of the team to assist achievement of the team’s objectives, rotating through other similar Water

• Participate in an on‑call roster to respond to after‑hours faults.
• Provide operational support to other regions across the Northern Territory as needed, including travel to minor centres and remote locations

Qualification and Skills Experience

Essential • An AQF Certificate lll in Plumbing or Water Industry • Demonstrated experience in the operation and
