About the role

The Club Hotel is seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Venue Manager to take the lead at the venue. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you will have real influence over the daily operations, team culture, customer experience and overall success of the venue. You'll be at the heart of the action, leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day venue operations

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met

• Monitor financial performance including budgets and reporting

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, gaming and liquor licensing regulations

• Drive sales initiatives, events and promotions

• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Maintain high standards across the gaming floor, bistro and bar

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment

• Lead the bistro operation to ensure a consistently high standard of service, food presentation and customer experience

About you

• Proven experience in a similar Venue Manager or senior hospitality role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

• RSA, Gaming Licence and relevant certifications as required are essential
