We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bar supervisor to join our team at our luxury boutique hotel and acclaimed hatted restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to work in a refined and intimate environment, creating exceptional guest experiences through world-class cocktails and genuine hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Craft beautiful, balanced drinks using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques.

• Prepare cocktails efficiently and with precision, maintaining consistency and elegance.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to each guest.

• Maintain a pristine, stylish bar space — always clean, well-organised, and ready for service.

• Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven cocktail bartending experience in high-end or hatted venues.

• Minimum of 2 years cocktail bartending experience required.

• Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and current mixology trends.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Strong organisational habits and a sharp eye for detail.

• A love of hospitality, and a genuine desire to elevate the guest experience.

• Australian work rights required.

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification must be obtained before start.

• Minimum availability of 3+ days per week required.
