Customer Experience Co-Ordinator

Do you thrive on organisation, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the vehicle delivery journey, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional, and memorable handover experience. Working closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Administration, and Finance teams, you'll coordinate every stage of the delivery process to ensure vehicles are ready, compliant, and delivered on time.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with dealership, automotive, retail vehicle, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You'll Be Doing Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries

• Manage daily delivery schedules and vehicle handover appointments
• Monitor vehicle delivery pipelines and delivery boards
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration teams
• Ensure all vehicles are ready for delivery before scheduled deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an automotive, motorcycle, marine, caravan, or dealership environment highly regarded
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidence working across multiple departments
• Intermediate computer skills and experience managing documentation
