About the role

We are currently looking to expand our mobile pool servicing team.

As one of our servicing technicians, your duties will include:

• Cleaning of pools and spas in residential environments initially, with the ability to progress into a more senior role based on performance (such as troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations, equipment installations, and working with complex equipment in commercial pool environments)

• Providing quality customer service to all clients

• Water testing using leading edge technology

Completing sales and marketing activities whilst in the field is important to success in this role.

Skills and Experience

Experience in the pool industry will be viewed favorably but is not essential.

No pool industry experience required as excellent on the job training is provided. Many of our integral team members initially joined the business with no previous pool industry experience.

A successful candidate will be considered based on the following criteria:

• Current Australian drivers license

• Self motivation and the ability to work unsupervised

• Capability to troubleshoot and problem solve

• Ability to liaise with clients and provide quality customer service

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Desire to be part of a highly motivated and performance orientated team

• Having a commitment to safe work practices
