About the role
About the role
The Food Service Partnerships Manager role exists to drive the adoption and growth of the Food Service Program (All About Allergens) by building strategic partnerships with hospitality venues, industry stakeholders, peak bodies, and businesses where food service is a core part of their offering. This role combines food service expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to improve safe allergen management practices across Australia's food service sector.
While the Food Service Program is an established and proven initiative, the next stage of growth is focused on scaling its reach and embedding best-practice allergen management across the industry. This role will lead the development of partnership models that integrate training, education, and resources into the everyday operations of hospitality and food service businesses. Success will be built on creating trusted, long-term relationships that deliver mutual value, support industry outcomes, and drive sustainable commercial opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to influence industry-wide change and help create safer, more inclusive dining experiences for the 1 in 14 Australians living with food allergy. Working at the intersection of health, hospitality, education, and partnerships, this role will play a critical part in raising awareness, driving best-practice standards, and improving confidence for both food service providers and consumers.
You are commercially minded, relationship focussed and comfortable engaging with everyone from venue operators and restaurant owners through to executive chefs, food safety specialists and government stakeholders. You will work closely with and be supported by the CEO but we are looking for someone who is confident, organised & ready to run with opportunities.
