What you’ll be doing in this role?
Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team. Based across our Metro sites of Glen Waverley and Clayton, you’ll deliver meaningful community-based care while working alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to client-centred practic.
Your Work Will Include
Conduct home and functional assessmentsPrescribe equipment and home modificationsEducate clients on falls prevention and energy conservationSupport client independence through evidence-based interventionWork under a variety of funding streams – no TAC, Workcover or NDIS
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyAHPRA registration or equivalent professional membership/registrationA current Victorian Drivers LicenceA current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
