The Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Adviser role is a 12 month fixed term role with the view to convert into a permanent role.

About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering high quality recruitment outcomes across a range of accounting and wealth roles whilst designing and managing early careers programs that attract and recruit grassroot talent. You will partner closely with leaders across the business to build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.

You will report to Director – People & Culture and will be supported by a team of 3 People and Culture Advisers.

Talent Acquisition

• Be in the unique position to build systems/processes around recruitment in a firm that is integrating with 6 other firms
• Manage end to end talent acquisition across our 2 biggest divisions: Accounting and Wealth
• Partner with P&C Advisers and hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements.
• Source, screen, and identify top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, selection criteria, and employment offers.
• Build talent pools and maintain proactive candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates.

Early Careers Programs

• Create and coordinate, graduate and internship programs.
• Develop relationships with universities and student societies.
• Represent the Firm at careers fairs, networking events, and on campus activities.

To Be Successful

You will be a confident and relationship focused recruitment professional with a passion for developing ‘home grown timber’ talent. You are excited about attracting exceptional talent and creating opportunities for the next generation of professionals.

We are looking for:

• Atleast 5 years experience in talent acquisition and early careers programs.
• Process/system mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Employment Hero, Workday) and reporting.

Desirable

• Bonus points for demonstrated experience in Accounting and/or Wealth industries
