Treetops Adventure joined the family in December 2021 and is scaling new heights, providing challenges for adventure seekers at all levels. Currently we have 16 locations around Australia. Treetops Adventures feature exciting and challenging obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy, that will have all the family swinging, leaping, climbing, and flying through the forest. 

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Park Manager to join our Yanchep park! 

You will be provided a great work life balance but will be available to work weekends and public holidays. 

About you

You are an experienced manager who is bold, adventurous and enjoys driving and supporting a team. You are well versed in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a business, including training and supporting staff. You have fantastic verbal communication skills and are committed to enforcing safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe and friendly work environment.

The role will support the Park Manager with the daily operations of the park and manage the park when the Park Manager is not working. High ropes instructor or management experience will be highly regarded.

This is a Full-time 38-hour-per-week position across 5 days, with two days off per week. Part-time hours may be considered for the right applicant or potentially a fixed-term arrangement, with the opportunity to extend or transition to a casual position.

You will hold a Working with Children Check, as well as First Aid and CPR certification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service, including briefing and monitoring patrons.

• Managing and enforcing the safety of guests and team members, including conducting rescues and intervening in emergencies.

• Demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace at all times.

• Completing required inspections, audits and reporting.

• Performing minor maintenance duties, such as tightening bolts and levelling platforms.

• Driving the recruitment, interviewing and training of new staff, ensuring they have the required training and qualifications.

• Supporting and developing team members to deliver safe and high-quality experiences.

• Being able to safely lift loads of up to 15kg.
