Experienced operators wanted for a long-term open pit mining opportunity in WA.

Are you an experienced D10 Dozer Operator or EX1200 Excavator Operator looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently seeking skilled operators to join an established open pit mining operation in Western Australia. This is an opportunity to put your experience on large-scale mining equipment to work while enjoying a consistent 2:1 roster and 12-hour shifts.

Dozer Operators

We are looking for experienced Dozer Operators who can confidently and safely operate CAT D10 Dozers in a production mining environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating D10 dozers safely and efficiently

• Supporting production and mining activities

• Maintaining high standards of equipment operation

• Working effectively as part of a production team

• Following site safety procedures and operational requirements

Excavator Operators

We are looking for experienced Excavator Operators with proven experience operating EX1200 excavators in an open pit production environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating EX1200 excavators safely and efficiently

• Supporting daily production targets

• Conducting pre-start checks and reporting equipment issues

• Working safely around other mobile mining equipment

• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and equipment care

What we’re looking for

To be successful, you will have:

• Demonstrated production mining experience in an open pit environment

• Proven experience operating D10 Dozers or EX1200 Excavators

• Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts

• Ability to commit to a 2:1 roster

• Strong safety awareness and a reliable work ethic

• Relevant mining tickets, licences and competencies

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM)

• Ability to successfully complete a Laboratory Drug & Alcohol Assessment

• Current 2026 Police Clearance

• Ability to provide relevant certificates and licences

• Ability to start as soon as possible
