About the role
About Us:
At Nood Co, we're industry innovators in the design and manufacture of premium concrete basins and bathtubs, specified by leading designers, architects, and builders. Our passion for quality, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of design are what drives our success. We are looking for team members who share these values, take pride in their work and want to be part of an energetic and forward-thinking company.
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be involved in the hands-on process of mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete bathroom products. While no concrete experience is required, you will need to bring a strong work ethic, the ability to communicate clearly, and reasonable physical strength to perform the role. If you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to learn and have good attention to detail - this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Mix concrete and aggregate materials according to specifications.
Operate tools, mixers, and machinery safely and effectively.
Assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete products.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
Keep the workspace clean, organised, and safe.
Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to safely lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
No concrete experience is required, but prior experience in manufacturing, manual labour, or construction is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay and benefits.
Ongoing training and opportunities to support your growth and career advancement within a well-established premium bathware manufacturer.
A friendly and supportive team that value and reward hard work.
Commence in our Osborne Park factory, then transition to new North Perth premises in coming months.
How to Apply:
If you're interested in making handcrafted concrete products and ready to build a rewarding career with Nood Co, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally, we will receive your application before Monday 22 June 2026 - however, applications will remain open through June.
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter addressed to the Production Manager, via SEEK. Note that we may progress interviews and hire for the right candidate(s) ahead of the above date and encourage your early application.
We can't wait to welcome new team members to Nood Co!
