We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable dining experience to all our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment.
• Greet guests, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with dietary requirements.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables and refill or replace items as required.
• Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles is required
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

This is a Full Time role. Salary: $68,000–$73,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience. Australian citizens and permanent residents will have priority. In your cover letter specify your citizenship/visa status.
