Duty Manager & Bar/Wait Staff required

Multiple positions available 

DUTY MANAGER 

To be considered for this position you will need:

1 years experience in the same or similar role

-Have a current NT gaming machine managers license or willing to obtain.

-Have a current RSA

-Gaming experience (preferred but not essential)

-Be able to work days/nights and weekends including public holidays

-Be able to work unsupervised in overseeing the day to day operations of the venue

-Be able to implement and follow policies and procedures

-The ability to lead by example with a hands on/can do attitude

-Strong attention for detail, time management and communication skills

The successful candidate will require strong leadership skills a proven record in all areas of supervisory/management experience, good knowledge of bar & food service along with exceptional financial control and a reliable "lead by example" attitude.

BAR/WAIT STAFF 

We have multiple positions available offering 20+ hours a week with the possibility of more coming into the dry season.

To be considered for this position you will need:

-1 years hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

-Gaming and TAB experience (preferred but not essential)

-Happy energetic personality

-The ability to work well in a team environment

-A current RSA & RSG

-Be customer service focused

-A positive can do attitude

-Reliable

-Be able to work days/nights and weekends including public holidays
