We are looking for a modern marketer who combines strong brand fundamentals with hands-on experience across social media, CRM, eCommerce and shopper marketing. You'll play a central role in bringing our brands to life across every consumer touchpoint, translating strategy into campaigns that connect with consumers, customers and shoppers. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who loves bringing brands to life. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and lead integrated campaigns from brief through to evaluation  

• Manage timelines, agencies and campaign delivery  

• Deliver campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels  

• Lead CRM and eDM planning and execution  

• Manage social content and community activity  

• Support eCommerce content and retailer media programs  

• Translate campaigns into Grocery and Foodservice activations  

• Develop creative briefs and customer-facing presentations  

• Manage campaign budgets and key suppliers  

• Support and coach junior marketers across projects 

 AI-Integrated Responsibilities Across the Role 

AI is already embedded into the way our marketing team operates. We use it across campaign planning, content development, insight generation, reporting and workflows to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of our marketing.  This role offers the opportunity to help define what best-in-class AI-enabled marketing looks like next. 

 You will: 

• Champion practical AI use across campaign planning, content and reporting 

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows through AI and automation 

• Build AI-enhanced briefs, presentations and planning tools 

• Accelerate ideation, concept development and creative execution 

• Develop repeatable prompts, templates and best-practice playbooks 

• Support AI-powered analysis and insight generation 

• Build capability and confidence across the wider marketing team 

• Help shape the future AI-enabled marketing operating model 
  

You'll work across our portfolio of brands, including Vittoria Coffee, Santa Vittoria Mineral Water and Jarlsberg Cheese.  You will join a marketing team that has worked with Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino, many of Australia's leading fashion designers and some of the world's best chefs, iconic restaurants and cafes.  

About You

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce 

• 5+ years' experience in brand, digital or integrated marketing 

• Strong capability across social media, CRM, eCommerce and shopper marketing 

• Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns from brief to execution 

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Confidence interpreting campaign and consumer data to improve performance 

• Strong creative briefing, presentation and stakeholder management skills 

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness 

• The ability to balance creativity with strong attention to detail
