A Perth-based industrial processing facility is looking for reliable, self-directed operators to join a small, structured team in a high-output shift environment.

This is a hands-on role. Full training is provided. No industry-specific experience required.

We're actively recruiting from warehousing, manufacturing, production, and hospitality backgrounds for consistent shift work, competitive pay, and a genuine development pathway.

The Role

Working within a small, disciplined team on rotating shifts, you will:

• Operate automated cutting and processing equipment

• Perform material handling and general warehouse duties

• Label, scan and prepare materials for dispatch

• Enter and manage data accurately in digital systems

• Follow strict safety, quality and process procedures

• Use hand and power tools as required

• Identify and flag opportunities to improve how things are done

This role involves repetitive manual handling and prolonged standing.

Shifts & Pay

• $36/hr base rate (8-hour shifts)

• $530/day flat rate (12-hour shifts)

• Performance-based incentive payments on top of base

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (campaign-dependent)

• Regional and site-based placement opportunities available for strong performers

About You

You don't need processing or industry experience — you need the right approach to work.

We're looking for people who show up on time, take ownership of their output without being managed, and want to genuinely develop their skills over time.

Essential:

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

• Strong computer literacy and data accuracy

• Physical capability for manual work

• Availability for rotating 8 and 12-hour shifts

• Personal accountability — you own your output

Desirable:

• Forklift licence

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production or shift-based roles
