We’re looking for an experienced Precision CNC Machinist/Programmer/Operator to join our team. If you take pride in producing high‑quality work, enjoy a clean and well‑organised workshop, and want to work with modern Mazak machinery, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for setting, programming, and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high‑accuracy components for the mining, transport, and marine industries. This role suits someone who can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes and mills

• Working with Mazatrol controls (essential)

• Producing precision components to tight tolerances

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Performing quality checks and maintaining production accuracy

• Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well‑run workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Trade‑qualified CNC Machinist

• Strong experience with CNC turning and milling

• Mazatrol programming experience is a must

• Ability to work from drawings and follow machining processes

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and committed to quality

• Able to work overtime when available
