🚁 R44 Helicopter Pilot
Location: Narrabri NSW

Northwest Helicopters is a growing operator providing aerial services including feral animal control, charter and low-level survey work. We value precision, safety, and professionalism. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated, safety-conscious and vibrant R44 Helicopter Pilot to join our team.
This position involves a variety of operational flying, including:
Low-level aerial survey
Feral animal control (shooting and flying)
Charter including scenic flights
Maintain aircraft and hanger duties
General R44 operations in regional and remote areas
This is a full-time role with most flying conducted locally, so you’ll be home most nights
Valid Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL-H)
R44 Type Rating
500 TT + hrs minimum for this position
Demonstrated low-level flight experience
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
Completed Dangerous Goods (DG) awareness course
Valid First Aid certificate
Valid ASIC Card
Current DAMP Test
Nil accident history
Valid manual driver's licence
Well developed communication skills and situational awareness
Ability to work independently and in remote field conditions
Low level flying eg; aerial culling, mustering, surveys.
Firearms licence/Firearms Experience
Basic mechanical knowledge/helicopter servicing Eg; 50 hr Maintenance Authority
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to assist with ground operations when required
Need to be able to work independently and be always mindful of the companies best interests.
