Machine Operator - Afternoon Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a permanent full-time Afternoon Shift position that offers strong job security, ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and developing their technical skills within a high-performing manufacturing environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, completing machine setups and changeovers, maintaining product quality and helping to minimise downtime through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

You'll receive training across a variety of equipment, including corrugators, single facers, flexo folder gluers, rotary and flatbed die cutters, casemakers, palletising systems and other automated production machinery.

What We're Looking For

• Have previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude

• Enjoy learning new machinery and production processes

• Can identify and resolve basic machine faults

• Have experience with machine setups, adjustments or changeovers

• Work safely and take pride in producing quality work

• Are reliable, punctual and team-oriented

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
