About the Role

Join a major water infrastructure project as a Construction Supervisor, overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, you'll be the key day-to-day interface between subcontractors and the project team.

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities onsite.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project requirements.

• Review SWMS, risk assessments, permits, and work plans.

• Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety walks.

• Monitor progress, report on performance, and support planning and scheduling.

• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, operations, and project teams.

• Validate completed works and manage field changes.

• Build strong subcontractor relationships to support successful project delivery.

About You

• 5+ years' experience supervising subcontractors in a construction environment.

• Proven experience in Civil and/or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works.

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coach and mentor contractors.

• White Card, current driver's licence, and MS Office proficiency.

Desirable Experience

• Water, wastewater, mining, oil & gas or industrial processing facilities.

• Brownfield construction and SIMOPS (simultaneous operations) environments.

• Complex contractor management and multidisciplinary project delivery.
