Compliance & Information Security Manager (Part-time .6 FTE)

Are you experienced in information security and compliance, and passionate about technology?Nimo is an industry-leading fintech platform transforming how lenders operate and we're growing.We're looking for a Compliance & Information Security Manager to own and lead our security certifications, regulatory obligations and compliance programs across the business.
What you'll be doing:· Own and maintain Nimo's ISO 27001 certification and Information Security Management System· Lead our SOC 2 Type II program, from control design through to audit and report· Manage Open Banking (Consumer Data Right) and payment compliance obligations· Handle ASIC compliance, notifications and correspondence· Maintain the risk register, policies, controls and governance framework· Drive audit readiness and manage external auditors and certification bodies· Respond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence reviews· Partner with Product, Engineering and Leadership to embed security-by-design What we're looking for:· Experience in compliance, information security, risk or GRC roles· Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 (Type II highly regarded)· Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks including CDR/Open Banking, Privacy Act, ASIC, APRA· Background in financial services, fintech or another regulated environment· Strong stakeholder management and clear written communication· Comfortable working with cloud technology platforms· Able to work autonomously and prioritise ruthlessly in a part-time capacity Why Nimo?· Work with an innovative and industry-leading fintech platform· Own and shape the compliance and security function end-to-end· Make a real industry impact via our financial services clients· Join a collaborative, fast-growing team· Genuine part-time role with flexibility on which days you work· South Melbourne office LocationThe role is based on-site at the Nimo office in South Melbourne.
