ALL-ROUNDER - Mile End Bagels

About the Role:
Mile End Bagels is looking for reliable, switched‑on all‑rounders to join our team. We're an established, fast‑paced, quality‑focused bagel shop delivering wood‑fired bagels and specialty coffee.

You’ll be part of the front‑of‑house team, brewing consistent specialty coffee, building bagels to standard, and delivering warm customer service.

We want someone who:

• is keen to learn, improve, and grow into a leadership role

• has hospo experience (preferred but not essential)

• is a clear communicator and works well in a team

• takes initiative, is calm, reliable, and quick on their feet

• Takes pride in good service and clean work

• Brings a positive attitude to each shift
