This is a real opportunity to shape the next generation of trainers and assessors, equipping them with the essential skills, confidence and capability to make a positive impact across the VET sector.
Join our extraordinary Training and Assessment team. Following a period of strong demand, we're expanding our casual teaching team and are looking for passionate educators to join us.
This is a valuable opportunity to work alongside a highly engaged, collaborative team delivering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment program across a mix of face-to-face and online environments. Classes run during the day and evenings, providing flexibility around your commitments.
While casual opportunities are available immediately, there is strong potential for future short-term contract opportunities for those looking to expand their involvement.
Our team works from varied locations, bringing together diverse industry backgrounds, teaching styles and experiences. Lead by a people focused leader who actively champions connection, recognition and team culture, you'll be welcomed into an environment where colleagues genuinely support one another, celebrate achievements and share a collective commitment to student success.

About You:
You're an experienced vocational educator who enjoys helping others build confidence, capability and career opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring a practical solution focused approach and can balance high quality student support with the administrative requirements of a compliance driven training environment.

Salary Range:
Casual Teacher L2 | $95.01 (teaching) and $64.58 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF5 teaching qualification
Casual Teacher L3 | $98.77 (teaching) and $67.10 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF6+ teaching qualification
