• Proven experience in superannuation, with a focus on business analysis, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Advice/adviser knowledge — able to interpret advice processes, identify gaps, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping skills, with experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, financial advisers, and superannuation trustees to ensure business needs are clearly defined and delivered.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with experience working in project and consulting environments.
