About the Role

This role is approximately 50% driving and 50% warehouse operations.

When you're not delivering, you'll be an important member of our warehouse team—helping pick, pack, receive stock and keeping the warehouse running efficiently.

You'll also be one of the first people our customers see.

That means we expect far more than simply delivering freight.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Deliveries

• Deliver customer orders safely and professionally.

• Check every delivery before leaving the warehouse.

• Ensure customers receive the correct products.

• Help customers where appropriate.

• Build genuine relationships with customers.

• Become someone customers look forward to seeing.

• Represent the Ibex brand with professionalism.

Warehouse

• Pick customer orders.

• Pack customer orders.

• Receive inbound freight.

• Assist with stock control.

• Operate forklifts.

• Maintain warehouse presentation.

• Support the warehouse team wherever required.

Customer Support

We're looking for someone who naturally asks:

"Is there anything else I can help you with today?"

You won't be expected to sell products like a sales representative.

But you will:

• Notice opportunities.

• Mention new Ibex products.

• Talk about our product range.

• Build trust.

• Strengthen customer relationships.

• Help identify opportunities for our sales team.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous delivery driving experience.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good level of physical fitness.

• White Card (or willingness to obtain).

Highly Regarded

Experience in:

• Plumbing

• Industrial products

• Warehousing

• Stainless steel

• Construction

• Trade supplies

We Will Train You

You don't need to know our products today.

We'll teach you.

You'll receive ongoing training in:

• Stainless steel systems.

• Press-fit systems.

• Valves.

• Industrial piping.

• Customer service.

• Product knowledge.
