About the role

Work closely with the Lead Veterinarian to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our two clinics. This role combines hands-on veterinary nursing support with leadership responsibilities, where you'll lead, mentor and support the nursing teams while fostering professional growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on veterinary nursing support alongside your leadership responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the teams while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture over the two clinics

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain a safe, organised and welcoming clinic environment

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and processes that prioritise the needs of the clinic, patients and clients
