Integrative GP or Nurse Practitioner

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, with a client base that values preventative, personalised, and root-cause care. You will be working alongside a team of naturopaths, psychologists, and allied health practitioners, with strong internal referral pathways and collaborative case management.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting patient consultations (in-person and/or telehealth)

• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic health conditions

• Ordering and interpreting pathology and relevant diagnostic testing

• Prescribing where appropriate within your scope

• Integrating conventional and lifestyle-based approaches to care

• Collaborating with our practitioner team on shared cases

• Contributing to a warm, professional clinic environment

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner or Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA

• FRACGP or equivalent (for GP applicants)

• Medicare provider number (for GP applicants)

• Experience in primary care or chronic disease management (for Nurse Practitioner applicants)

• Genuine interest in integrative, functional, or holistic medicine

• Values longer consultations and deeper patient relationships

• Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Passionate about preventative healthcare and root-cause medicine
