Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in betweenBe the first point of contact for our guests and visitorsCompleting a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accountsPerform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage serviceProviding passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesAssisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
