Mechanical Supervisor

Monadelphous Goldfields is seeking experienced Mechanical / Structural Supervisors to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA.

About the Role

As a Mechanical / Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site crews across a range of maintenance and project works including:

• Structural steel fabrication and replacement
• Tank refurbishment and replacement programs
• Handrail and grating replacement
• Launder refurbishment works
• Small projects and shutdown activities
• Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality project execution
• Coordinating day-to-day work activities and site resources
• Driving a strong safety culture across crews and work fronts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience supervising mechanical, structural or maintenance crews within mining, construction, heavy industrial or major project environments
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and workforce teams
• Experience coordinating daily work schedules and project deliverables
• Current Driver's Licence

Essential Requirements

• Section 26 (S26) qualification or willingness to obtain
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• White Card
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
• Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience

Highly Regarded

• High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift)
