The Role
Join our caring team, dedicated to helping clients create lasting changes in their lives.
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Community Care Worker (CCW) to strengthen referral pathways, enhance stakeholder engagement, and increase community awareness of our residential treatment and support services. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in connecting people with life-changing support while collaborating with hospitals, community agencies, government services, and other key stakeholders.
As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic referral partnerships, promoting service awareness across the community, supporting referral agencies through the intake process, and identifying opportunities to expand access to treatment and support services.
This is a highly visible role requiring excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside a strong understanding of the community services, mental health, and AOD sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a Fixed-term, Full-time (38 hours per week) position until August 2027 based in Cairns.
