Work with a high-performing crew delivering critical road surfacing works across Victoria, based out of Somerton

We are currently seeking Team Members - Microsurfacing to join our Pavement Preservation crew based in Somerton VIC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in road maintenance and surfacing.

About the Role:

You will support the delivery of microsurfacing and road preservation works across Victoria and interstate, including:

General labouring across road maintenance and surfacing worksOperating and driving heavy vehiclesAssisting with microsurfacing operations and specialised equipmentSupporting basic maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment in the fieldWorking collaboratively with crew members to deliver high-quality outcomesWorking away from home as part of a rostered crewWhat You'll Bring:

HC driver licence highly regarded; however, candidates with a strong willingness to learn and develop are encouraged to applyAbility to pass a commercial driver medicalExperience operating trucks, machinery, agricultural equipment, or similar plant is highly regardedPractical mechanical aptitude and confidence working with tools and equipmentExperience in road surfacing, civil construction, transport, agriculture, or related industries is desirableA strong work ethic and willingness to work away from homeCommitment to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomesWorking Conditions:

EBA-based role with an annualised salary structureRostered work cycles of up to 19 days on, including weekend workWeekend work accrued as time off within rostered breaksRegular travel required, with work primarily conducted away from the home depotCrews regularly work across regional Victoria and interstate locationsWhat We Offer:
