Estimator/Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Estimator/Project Manager located in the Sydney / South Coast area. The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing estimates, reading plans, collaborating with project managers, and providing cost assessments, managing tender portals and panels as well as managing the projects won from start to finish.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting road and civil plans

• Ability to work with estimating software

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods

• Experience in project coordination is a positive

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
