Priceline Pharmacy Norwood is seeking a motivated, organised and computer-savvy Operations & Inventory Officer to join our friendly, professional team.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our inventory and online order systems. If you are highly organised and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory management and stock control

• Receiving and processing incoming stock

• Creating purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory records using the FRED Office system

• Preparing Click & Collect and Deliver

• Coordinating stocktakes, supplier returns and expiry date checks

• Answering telephone enquiries

• Assisting our retail team during busy periods

• Assist in complying with Priceline Corporate requirements

About You

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Strong computer and administration skills

• Friendly, reliable and self-motivated

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous inventory, retail or pharmacy experience preferred

• FRED Office experience is an advantage; however, full training will be provided
