Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: SYDNEY, NSW

Salary: $80,001 - $100,000

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day sales and marketing activities
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Monitor sales targets, analyse performance, and implement strategies to improve results
• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers
• Manage and mentor sales and marketing staff, setting performance objectives and providing ongoing support
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximise return on investment
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, networking functions, and other promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, business development, and customer relationship management
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client and business relationships
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
