Qualifications & experience

• Workshop/Office coordinator, organising job cards, organising spare parts suppliers (internally and externally), liaising with clients, closing invoices, following up service reminders

Tasks & responsibilities

• Opening and closing of workshop invoices, Coordinate jobs, raise job cards, monitor and report overtime, setting targets and monitoring, checking timecards, truck diagnostics, ordering and following up spare parts,
