Architect or Experienced Graduate of Architecture

We are looking for a motivated Graduate of Architecture or a registered Architect with at least 5 years experience to join our family business.

The newest member of the Trinity team will be willing to learn, work hands on & collaborate within a close-knit team. We value the experience that you will bring

Trinity Architects is an award-winning Architecture Practice, focusing on residential architecture. We have recently had the opportunity to work on some incredible commercial and mixed use projects, in Malvern. Our team work collaboratively on all our projects, from concept to completion, every element is considered as part of one cohesive design. Architecture, Interiors & Landscape Architecture.

 
About you

• Proficiency working, designing & documenting in REVIT

• Proficiency in 3D rendering, including Lumion. This is our preferred rendering software that we use in the studio.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with experience across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

• Professional architectural qualifications and registration (or eligibility for registration) 

• Demonstrated skills in architectural design, interiors and landscape design, for residential, commercial and mixed use projects

• Solid understanding of Australian building codes, planning regulations and construction processes

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues

• Prior experience with town planning and multi residential application documentation/ management

• Prior experience with construction documentation & building permit documentation

• Prior experience reviewing shop drawings and fabrication drawings

• A solid understand of architectural design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into technical documentation
