Soft Services Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Soft Services Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the contracted Soft Services and the delivery service to a premium commercial building north of the Melbourne CBD. Reporting to Senior Facility Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Achieve optimum results in relation to service delivery, vision and leadership, client relations, and financial management; ensure customer and client satisfaction.Effectively organize and deploy resources (personnel, equipment, facilities, and capital) to deliver high quality service and products in line with client and customer expectations.Establish and sustain a productive relationship with key client contacts through day-to-day contact.Scrutinize cost of external contractors (e.g. waste, linen) on behalf of client to ensure the client is receiving the most cost-effective arrangement.Compile, prepare and assist with the Client Monthly Reports.Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting to the FM and Management team.

What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in Cleaning and Soft Services.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Excellent Time Management, Planning and Organization Skills.Proven ability in the administration of work orders and supporting systems.Experience working with and managing large teams.
