Civil Labourer - Bridges & Guardrail

Evolution Civil Maintenance is expanding, and we are looking for motivated Labourers who want more than just a job. ? Great hourly rate: $28.62/hr + Casual Loading + penalties

Working from our Lawnton depot, you will be involved in a variety of civil project and maintenance work, including:
? Assisting site crews and helping set out materials
? Loading/unloading trucks and preparing equipment
? General labouring across project and maintenance activities
? Working day and night shifts (with applicable penalty rates)
? Performing physical duties in an outdoor environment

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative crew. A pre-employment medical may be required.

? White Card (essential)
? Truck Licence (MR minimum; HR desirable)
? Construction or labouring experience (Ideally in Bridges & Guardrail)
? Plant tickets are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate
? Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
? Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
? Flexibility to work days/nights and travel when required
? Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
? Basic competency in completing paperwork and crew documentation
