About the Role

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.

Location & Hours

This full position is based in our HCF Parramatta location. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday from 9:15am - 5:30pm.

You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month from 10am - 2pm, with additional pay provided for these shifts.

Mandarin language skills are highly desirable, as they will be a valuable asset in supporting our diverse community.

Flexibility

Training

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October). This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.

Salary

Salaries start at $66K plus super plus incentive!

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products. This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.
• Ensure resolutions to our members’ problems that go beyond expectations.
• Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

About you

• Possess a keen drive to make a difference in members' lives, with experience in needs-based selling
• Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• Quick to grasp complex computer systems.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Adaptable to evolving work practices and needs.
