About the role
WAY Electrical is seeking experienced and motivated FIFO Electricians to join our Projects Team for multiple upcoming projects commencing in August 2026.
These projects are expected to run for approximately 3–6 months, with immediate start opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates who are ready to mobilise sooner.

Point of Hire – Flights from Perth, WA only
Duration: 3- 6 months
2:1 Roster
Attractive rates with penalties, site Allowance and project incentives
Weekly Pay
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Minimum 2 years’ industry experience
WA Electrical Licence
Construction White Card
High Risk Work Licence
Working at Heights (withing 2 years)
Government issued ID (Licence, Photo Card, Passport etc)
HLTAID009 CPR & UETDRRF004 LVR (within 12 months)
Ability to pass pre-employment medical assessments
Commitment to completing all required onboarding and site inductions
Experience Required:
Experience with FIFO industrial process plant construction, including mining, gold processing, crushing, milling, or fixed plant environments.
Installation and termination of LV and ELV power systems, including switch rooms, transformers, MCCs, and reticulation works.
Experience with conveyor systems, crushers, pumps, motors, and associated field equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and construction documentation.
Experience with cable tray, conduit, cable pulling, glanding, and termination works in large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of site safety procedures, permits, isolation processes, and working in high-risk construction environments.
