Sales and Marketing Manager

1.     Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, establish sales objectives and performance targets to drive revenue growth, increase market share and strengthen  customer loyalty in the Australian market.

2.     Direct and coordinate sales activities across multiple channels to maximise customer acquisition, improve sales performance and identify new business opportunities.

3.     Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments and business partnerships to support market expansion and sustainable business growth.

4.     Develop and execute brand positioning, advertising and promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

5.     Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to support pricing strategies, product positioning and sales and  marketing decision-making.

6.     Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners and key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term commercial opportunities.

7.     Monitor and evaluate sales performance, marketing campaigns and market outcomes, preparing reports and recommendations to improve effectiveness and achieve business objectives.

8.     Lead sales and marketing activities, coordinate internal teams and external resources, and ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and overall growth strategies.
