Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day Bell Services operations during assigned shiftsCoordinate all guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling with efficiency and careAct as a key guest contact, ensuring a warm welcome and flawless first impressionManage bell desk operations, including staffing, rostering, and workflow coordinationSupport Concierge and Front Office with guest requests and local recommendationsMaintain high standards of presentation, service, and grooming across the teamTrain, coach, and develop Bell Attendants, Porters to uphold luxury service standardsHandle VIP arrivals with precision, discretion, and personalised serviceEnsure accurate storage, tagging, and handling of guest luggageMonitor lobby flow and proactively resolve guest issues or service delays
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a bell/porter or guest services role within a luxury hotel environmentA guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering personalised, high-quality serviceStrong communication skills and confidence engaging with different types of guestsProfessional presentation aligned with five-star standardsSolid knowledge of Sydney and ability to provide tailored recommendationsHighly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingDetail-oriented with the ability to coordinate arrivals, departures, and luggage handling smoothlyFlexible and reliable, with availability across weekends and public holidaysAustralian Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.Driving License: A valid Full Australian driver's license is essential.
