We are looking for Property Manager to manage a portfolio who is looking for a long‑term career, not just another role with the option to grow and develop. We manage properties across Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan City Councils.

The Role

• End‑to‑end management of a residential portfolio

• Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants and trades

• Clear communication and strong attention to detail

• Maintain detailed file notes and compliance

• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Property Manager

• At lease 1 year of residential experience

• Current QLD Driver’s Licence

• Current Property Manager Registration (Queensland)

• Australian work rights

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Honest, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude

• Pride in your work and a want to help attitude

• PropertyME knowledge an advantage (but not essential)
