Site Supervisor - FIFO Perth

We are looking for an onsite Site Supervisor to join our already awesome team, for the construction and raising of tailings dams at various mine sites in Western Australia.

2/1 Roster 

12.5 hour days

DAY Shift ONLY

FIFO ex Perth 

Full-Time

Immediate Start

To be successful in this role you will need to possess; 

S26 Qualification

Experience as an earthwork’s supervisor in a production based role

Good time management skills

Clear communication with employees, management and the client is a must

Must have experience in operating Dozers, Excavators and Graders and be prepared to jump in a machine if needed

Ability to lead by example

Experience with TSF construction is desirable but not essential

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

                Plan, prepare and implement daily pre start meetings

                Assign machinery to personnel

                Ensure personnel are carrying out their tasks correctly and efficiently

                Using a base station and rover for machinery and peg set out

                Ensure daily targets are not just met, but exceeded

Must Have:

                Clean National Police Clearance

                Current drivers licence

                White Card

                Ability to pass a pre employment medical and DAS

                S26 Qualification
