Your opportunity
Join the Office of the Vice President (Finance and Technology) and the Office of the Vice President (Enterprise and Campus Operations) in a pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting two senior University leaders. You'll be responsible for keeping complex executive priorities on track through exceptional organisation, sound judgement and proactive support. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll confidently manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will make an impact by:
Managing complex executive calendars, meetings, travel and competing priorities across two Vice President portfolios. Coordinating correspondence, documentation, briefings and key deliverables with accuracy and discretion. Supporting governance activities, portfolio events and executive projects while maintaining effective office systems. Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless executive operations.
What You Will Bring
You're an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same. Highly organised and self-motivated, you're comfortable working independently, anticipating executive needs and managing competing priorities. Your professionalism, discretion and ability to build trusted relationships enable senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally supporting senior executives. Proven experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and executive correspondence. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing professional documents and correspondence. Advanced Microsoft Office skills together with the confidence to adopt new technologies and AI-enabled administrative tools.
It would also be great if you have experience working within a large, complex organisation such as a university or other public sector environment. If you don't have this experience but believe you'd be a great fit for the role, you're still encouraged to apply.

Your opportunity is:
Full-time, continuing (permanent) Located at Lismore, NSW 2480. Relocation assistance is available, making it easier to join our regional communities HEW Level 6. The base salary ranges from $95,961 - $105,250 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $123,143.
