As our Indooroopilly operation continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer focused Sales Support & Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing dealership where you'll work closely with our Sales team while building valuable experience in the automotive industry.

About the Role

This role is focused on creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. You'll support our Sales Team by welcoming customers, managing enquiries, generating quality leads and coordinating test drive appointments.

Rather than negotiating vehicle sales, you'll ensure every enquiry is handled professionally, accurately recorded in CRM system and seamlessly handed over to our Sales Consultant. You'll also assist with vehicle deliveries if needed, showroom presentation and, as the business grows, have opportunities to take on additional dealership support responsibilities, including administration and customer service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers visiting our Indooroopilly display.

* Introduce the OMODA and JAECOO model range and answer general product enquiries.

* Be able to handle leads and coordinate test drive appointments.

* Respond to phone, online and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.

* Qualify customer enquiries before transferring them to the Sales Consultant.

* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

* Support vehicle handovers and customer deliveries if needed.

* Ensure display vehicles and showroom presentation are maintained to a high standard.

* Work closely with the Sales team and report to sales manager to deliver an outstanding

customer experience.

About You

* Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people.

* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

* Organised with strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable using computers and learning new software platforms.

* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or administration is a bonus

* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is an advantage but not essential.

* Hold a current full Australian Driver Licence.

* Available to work Saturdays and retail trading hours.
