Infinet Service Logistics is a provider of time sensitive spare parts supply chain and technical field service solutions to the consumer electronics and ICT sectors. We are now looking for an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment?

We're looking for a Queensland Branch Manager to lead our growing IT field service, technical support and spare parts logistics operations. You'll lead a team of IT technicians, manage critical service levels, oversee spare parts warehouse operations and play a key role in driving business growth

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of 6-8 IT technicians and support staff.

• Managing IT field service operations across Southeast Queensland.

• Driving performance against NBD, 4-Hour and 2-Hour service commitments.

• Overseeing spare parts warehouse operations including inventory control, cycle counting, picking and dispatch.

• Managing urgent direct drive and afterhours delivery services.

• Coordinating contractors and regional service partners.

• Monitoring KPIs, service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Building a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing IT field service, spare parts logistics, technical services or branch operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Experience in SLA driven service environments.

• Warehouse, inventory or spare parts logistics experience.

• Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving abilities.

• A hands-on approach and passion for delivering exceptional service.

• IT technical qualification preferred
