About The Role

Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team across Perth’s northern suburbs, including Morley and surrounding areas

In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity available, the successful candidate will be offered a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight and must be available Monday-Friday 0800-1700.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence supportAssist customers with activities of daily livingSupport customers with medication administration (training provided)Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household supportProvide social support, including transport to appointments or shoppingFollow and document care in accordance with individual care plans

Key Requirements

Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community careAbility to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the teamA genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independentlyCertificate III in Individual Support / Aged CareDementia care experienceCurrent First Aid Certificate
